Responsibilities of International Chat Support Associate -
- Operations management day-to-day operations support
- Booking management on OS such as refunds, check-in-denials
- Resolving all partner issues through chat and email
- Manage and modify OTA listings for hotels partner support
- Educate and resolve any inquiries on policy positions with respect to guests, inventory and partners
- Communication on new features, assistance with existing features and troubleshooting exceptions
- Resolve pricing and inventory queries with the support of the revenue team
- Support the self-check in properties with chat and calls.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For recruiter post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month
