Responsibilities for Digital Relationship Executives -
- Relationship Management - To develop and strengthen customer relationships through effective relationship management in accordance with the business goals
- Client Outreach - Manage the portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationship including product, portfolio and banking needs
- Customer Service and Sales - Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers.

- Act as the single point of contact for customer’s banking requirements.
- Managing batch level compliance on activities and sharing reports as per timeline
- Need to conduct dip checks, briefing, awareness sessions

- Actively interact with the candidates who are already in high demand or during contracts with other employers
- Hiring managers, implement the search process and liaise with the hiring manager regarding the pipeline and candidate suggestions
- Be in touch with their hiring managers and their needs, saving them valuable time
- Develop sustainable candidate talent pools and define strategies for healthy pipelines
- Participate in compensation, negotiations and discussion with candidates and work closely with businesses to determine terms

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For digital relationship executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 18,000 and for assistant manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,000 - 33,000 per month approximately.
