Responsibilities for Technical Help-desk Specialist
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and detailed provided by the customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow up and update customer status and information
Responsibilities for Advisor Voice Process
  • Manage all customer interactions
  • Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
  • Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
  • Offer a solution based approach for all customer interactions
  • Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
  • Ensure update of product, system and process
  • Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
  • Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For help-desk specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 and for advisor voice post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 per month approximately.
