Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For HR Team Lead (work from home) posts, the payable salary will be Rs 45,800 and for customer support advisor post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,000 per month approximately. Responsibilities of HR Team Lead (Supervisor)
  • Responsible for day-to-day supervision of a group of PSC representatives and specialists including performance and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy and applicable legal requirements
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly
  • Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Ensure service delivered to our SOP meets 
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated employee calls and escalated cases
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information
  • Should be able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business and employees
Responsibilities for Customer Support Advisor
  • Provide customer support to clients through voice and non-voice
  • Responsibility to follow up with customers
  • Achieve the target assigned within agreed timelines, adhere to quality guidelines
  • Gain knowledge of the clients products/ services
  • Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers
  • Ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures
