Responsibilities of Market Research Intern -
- Understanding customer pain points
- Understanding ideal client profile and HR personas
- Collaborating with business development representatives and sales development representatives
- Researching and prioritizing target accounts
- Maintaining CRM and providing information
- Leveraging technology for lead management
- Utilize both internal and external strategies to effectively identify, develop and manage marketing leads.
- Provide consulting services for a specific set of customers
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status
