Job Location for Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2025 -

Responsibilities for Customer Support Professional -
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Handling customer queries, solving queries of customers
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Work with internal departments to meet customer needs
- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships
- Report on recruiting metrics after every careers event, including number of candidates interviewed and hired
- Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities
- Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs
- Post job ads and source potential candidates on social media groups
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
- Significant experience of managing engagements with multiple project stakeholders and establishing strong working relationships
- Provide briefings and support to technical teams for meetings with Stakeholders
- Provide input into weekly/monthly reports for the project boards
- Proven ability to work and multi-task under pressure, respond quickly to changing situations in a complex project environment.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer support professional post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 per month and for cyber security consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 38,500 approximately.
