Responsibilities for Business Associate - 

• Continuously monitor data and customer journeys, seek new insights (including monthly outstation market visits) to find out exactly what travelers love, hate, compare and need regarding their meal choices and delivery experience
• Work with creative, merchandising and operations teams to significantly improve how customers discover, engage and purchase their meal
• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders across teams to develop features and implement policies that drive growth and deliver a better meal experience
• Define, develop, and manage essential dashboards and scorecards with MIS/ Analytics to ensure continuous monitoring and reporting of business performance.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For business associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
