Responsibilities for Recruiter
  • Crafting emails to attract passive candidates
  • Sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms
  • Screening incoming resumes as well as application forms
  • Interviewing candidates via various mediums
  • Preparing and distributing assignments as well as language, logical reasoning and numerical tests
  • Advertising jobs on career pages, job boards and social media
  • Providing contacts of qualified applicants to the company's hiring managers

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer support specialist and recruiter posts, the payable salary will be Rs 23,300 - 29,160 per month approximately and respectively.
