Responsibilities of Technical Process Associate -
- Technical support for Intel on-board fleet services including customer problems, questions, payment issues etc
- Technical support for hardware
- Perform troubleshooting to fix the customer issues via call, chat and email
- Pre-sales report for Intel services, addressing questions from potential customers
- Perform remote access session when required via chat and phone
- Expected to take 25-30 calls a day
- Follow ups via email and phone on cases
- Identify and own lean and transformation projects.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For technical process associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,160 per month approximately.
