Responsibilities -
- Documentation collection and distribution for Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects from factory and customer vice versa
- Prepare cover pages for documents and manage the transmittal of documents between Emerson and our customers on projects
- Ensure documents and submitted and received on time
- Regularly providing project documentation status report to customer and project managers
- Manufacturing record book/ final data book preparation and management with team until final payment receipt
- On time documentation creation
- Contact the customers and internal resources to expedite overdue documents needing to be prepared or approved
- Upload documents to our customers through their document management portals or send via email
- Maintain detailed status of documents.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For documentation controller post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
