- Analyze and solve customer queries through calls
- Assist execution and implementation of process improvements in the CRM team in consultation with team lead
- Improve the customer experience with client services by ensuring that the customers issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately
- Ensure that all the company policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictly compiled to while servicing the customers
- Suggest effective ways through which the client can promote its products and services and increase customer satisfaction
- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international customer service post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,000 - 33,300 per month approximately.
