- Record keeping
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Vehicle tracking and traffic management
- Ensure timely placement of fleet to meet all requests by scheduling, forecasting and surveying current trends
- Ensure GPS devices in all vehicles
- Resolve disputes
- Ensure that the rates agreed with the vendors should be lesser or at par with industry standards
- Flexible to do work in shift wise as per industry requirement.
- Help and coordinate vendor on-boarding processes
- Organizing and driving training programs for improving existing and new partners service and performance
- Ensuring optimum utilization of vendor resources through data analysis and strategy implementation
- Building first mile and last mile capacity through hiring partners and ensuring paper placement of vehicles
- Identify leads through online/ field sources
- Managing business partner relations within the operations department
- Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 25,000 and for business development manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
