For customer service representative post, job location for candidates will be Noida, for process associate (back-office) post, job location for candidates will be Lucknow and for international voice process post, job location  for candidates will be Chennai.

Responsibilities of International Voice Process
  • Responding to queries regarding our products, services, data and client accounts
  • Managing multiple client queries at once
  • Utilizing workflow tools to manage your own workload
  • Supporting or seeking support from other internal teams to ensure client queries are answered and resolved
  • Deliver great clients and consumers service and seek to exceed client/ consumer expectations
  • Serve as customer service executive resolving customer queries in line with the client and business guidelines
  • Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure
  • Ensuring data security, data of customer
  • Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc
  • Break schedule adherence
  • Ensure high quality customer service
Responsibilities of Customer Service Representative - 
  • Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Email and social media
  • Solving customer queries on chat related to phone bill and network related issues
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team leader and operations team
Responsibilities for Process Associate (Back Office) - 
  • Customer support to international customers over call for voice process
  • Administering and helping to manage client's product support for the customers who call/ chat or email
  • Verify and review information as per policy and guidelines
  • make outbound calls when necessary as part of content moderation
  • Follow all compliance and security measures relating to client data.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 22,000, for process associate (back office) post, the payable salary will be Rs 16,250 and for international voice process post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 per month approximately.
