Responsibilities of Associate Manager (Acquisition)
  • Acquisition of NTB Savings account customers in the identified segment and reference generation from the specified catchment area
  • Ensure acquisition of high quality savings accounts in terms of product mix, segments and construction mix
  • Proactive registration and activation of acquired customers to direct banking channels
  • Meet and exceed the define targets of new customer acquisitions month on month by analyzing transaction banking needs of the customer 
  • On-boarding and activating customers on digital platforms
  • Assist and support the sales manager in catchment mapping and scoping exercise
  • Provide regular feedback to SM/ RM on opportunities and customer needs
  • Ensure adherence to selling norms and SOPs defined by the organization
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations 
  • Ensure the quality sourcing in the link with Bank's policy.
Responsibilities of Area Debt Manager - 
  • Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been assigned
  • Regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
  • Track and control the delinquency of the area
  • Responsible to allocate and achieve targets from agencies/ in-house team
  • Regularly follow up with the default customers
  • Ensuring adherence to collection process
  • Tracing out absconded default customers and initiate recovery process
  • Recommend for legal actions for non-recoverable cases and following up with the legal team for the closure of the cases.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For associate manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,300 - 37,500 and for area debt manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 55,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
