Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate (CSA)
  • Providing customer service
  • Greet customer with smile
  • Receiving of stocks and arrange stocks as per plan
  • Scan products and complete billing
  • Collect cash/ card/ coupon payment without any discrepancy
  • Cash till management and billing.
Responsibilities for Product Management Executive - 
  • Assist business head/ product manager to prepare national sales plan in accordance with the management target considering the present market scenario
  • Prepare periodic review of the achieve against the plan in terms of volume and contribution
  • Propose and implement business policies on distribution, pricing, credit by taking inputs from the regions
  • Provide market feedback to the business manager on development of new sizes/ grades/ markets to capitalize on new market opportunities
  • Follow up and monitoring of sales activities in the regions. 
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service associate post, the salary will be Rs 22,900 and for product management executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 39,160 per month. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
