Responsibilities for Chat Operations Officer
  • Utilizes chat platform to respond to service inquiries from customers and provide a comprehensive resolution to the complaints/ queries
  • Follow-up on all customer requests via chat and email
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of product and service offerings to customers
  • Analyzes risk area and identify solutions to meet customers needs
  • Ensuring information security for sensitive data
  • Helps to teach our customer how to self-service through our internet website
  • Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing operating losses
  • Accurate reporting of MIS
  • Undertake other assignments/ projects as given by the team lead/ manager
  • Liaising with various departments and also do account level system maintenance while resolving customer queries/ complaints.  
Responsibilities for Operations Support Specialist -
  • Perform investigation of potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts
  • Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with specific service related requests and concerns
  • Provide solutions to client issues through the usage of all available resources under limited supervision
  • Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner
  • Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets
  • Determine a specific verification procedures to be used in processing customer's information.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For chat operations officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 34,160 and for operations support specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 43,300 per month approximately.
