Responsibilities of US Background Verification Associate (Work From Home) -
- Monitor all background verification of all North America new hires, ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner
- Make formal judgement/ decisions on disputed/ questionable background results
- Liasoning with new hires and vendors for completion of pre-requistes before on-boarding
- Able to perform the designated activities with high degree of ownership to support business and employees.
