Responsibilities for Chat Support Associate -

- Handling suppliers calls and emails by following the etiquette's appropriately
- Perform deep dive analysis for all queries in emails/ calls/ tickets and provide complete resolution
- Daily reporting of count/ status of calls and emails handled
- Collate metrics and publish to management on a regular basis
- Improve digital tools utilization by suppliers and aim towards email reduction
- Coordinate with the team for completing common objectives
- Support payment inquiries from payment suppliers and internal Ford partners by providing invoice status and payment details
- Review all incoming invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents to ensure proper three-way matching
- Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors.
- Responsible to act as an SME for critical manufacturing IT applications
- Analyze, troubleshoot production incidents
- Monitor health status of applications
- Perform application deployments
- Develop monitoring solutions with latest monitoring tools
- Communicate with the business customers and global support teams on a day to day basis and resolve incidents
- Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies
- Lead and support problem management and drive for efficiency
- Ensure that appropriate security and controls are adhered
- Ensure appropriate use of Ford IT processes, tools and methodologies within application
- Documentation handling
- Guide and coach's other support analyst on product teams
- Organize team learning events.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For chat support associate, intercompany associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 44,160 and for support analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
