Responsibilities of Customer Service Officer -
- Achieve sales target through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system
- Managing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure
- Systematically analyze, extract and use MIS reports to identify possible gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in your respective geography
- Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business
- Analyze how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service
- Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributor sales team and take corrective selection
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position. Further, use the same and provide feedback and reports to the branch office.
- Creation of legal file records in legal tracker or online similar tools
- Prepares, reviews, submits and tracks expense reports
- Raising purchase orders, helping to resolve issue around legal fee and budgets
- Support legal team members with travel bookings and booking revisions
- Creating effective PowerPoint presentations using text and guidance provided by other legal team members
- Proof reading and basic checking work
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Diary management
- Maintaining email distribution lists and internal and external contacts databases
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with the team to anticipate and solve problems before they occur
- Engaging with and supporting other lawyers across the globe
- General administrative and office support as needed.
