Responsibilities of Talent Intelligence Specialist -
- Gathering, analyzing and sharing timely internal and external data and information related to human resources, workforce trends, employee behavior and competitor activity in the people landscape to support creation and management of the organization's talent management strategy within the market and zone teams
- Collaborate with business leaders and the analytics specialists to create comprehensive external scans of the external environments
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and identify factors/ emerging trends that impact engagement levels
- Analyze diversity and inclusion metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze performance evaluation data to identify specific analyses on the performance of employees, areas for improvement and training needs
- Optimize spend/ investment by ensuring use of the right tools and data sources to support stakeholders
- Gather and consolidate internal data for the purposes of fulfilling internal and external reporting needs
- Stay updates with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in people analytics.

- Performing duties
- Managing social media and other accounts
- Learning technical skills related to industry
- Understand consumer behavior through interaction

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For talent intelligence specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 and for internship post, the payable stipend will be Rs 10,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
