  • Responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through web-chat, email and social media channels
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice, email and chat as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features
  • Manage incoming calls

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer customer service, customer care executive and international customer chat posts, the payable salary will be Rs 20,000 - 32,000 per month approximately.
