Responsibilities for Business Analyst -
- Develop and manage views for different business metrics
- Analyze data and generate key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels and other mission critical metrics
- End to end process/ program management of strategic partnerships, by liaising with key stakeholders internally and leading the execution to completion
- Ideate, problem solve and implement key process improvement initiatives within the team
- Managing the key projects involving designing of activity systems, tracking mechanism.
Responsibilities of Junior Copywriter -
- Ensuring all content is free of grammatical errors and is consistent in terms of tonality and style
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, taking briefs from multiple and relevant stakeholders
- Translating briefs to the team in a manner that's easy to understand, guide the team of writers when needed
- Creating and participating in-hands on copy/content work when needed
- Ensuring the right and consistent collaboration between the copy/ content team and the design team.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,600 and for junior copywriters post, the payable salary will be Rs 32,500 per month approximately.
