Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For English Teacher/ Tutor post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 and for Tele Calling Associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 per month approximately. Responsibilities of English Teacher/Tutor -
- Taking demo classes for kids
- Teaching the kids using PlanetSpark's pedagogy
- Share the observation about the kid and the parent with the team of esteemed counselors
- Conducting regular classes using PlanetSpark's Curriculum.
- Calling leads, call on parent leads through your CRM
- 60-75 leads are to be called daily
- Pitch to the parents to take PlanetSpark Trial class
- Take counseling sessions and convert them
- Conduct counseling sessions for parents who take trial classes
- Close the sale through smart and strategic approach.
Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
Educational Qualifications
