Responsibilities for Associate -
- Handle customer queries via voice
- Deliver accurate info and resolutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the in house tools enablement team in managing user queries and coordination between business and technical teams
- Work with Excel to analyze data across multiple reports/tools; use formulas like pivot tables, conditional formatting etc
- Investigate and respond to user reported issues or data related queries with clarity and accuracy
- Coordinate with the technical (CIO) team to ensure reported issues are understood and resolved in a timely manner
- Perform testing for reported bugs and validate fixes delivered by the technical team
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and tool enhancements
- Document test results and provide feedback to improve tool usability and performance.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 24,160 and for quality consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,800. (Note - Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition
Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are
