Responsibilities for Functional Consultant -
- Responsible for the evaluation and documentation of customer transaction to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customer
- Evaluate transactions to ensure all required processes and guidelines are followed to ensure the delivery of the highest levels of customer experience and employee engagement.
- Conduct thorough research on self-serve topics using digital tools and open search to gather information to support content creation
- Read through exhaustive verbose existing content to restructure information and create simple step-based and easy to follow content
- Able to comprehend and write and align to client tone of voice
- Meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously if required.
- Review open accounts from the daily ageing report
- Monitor and maintain the assigned accounts
- Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due date and timely follow-up on payment arrangements
- Monitor customer payments activity to ensure receivables are collected
- Ensure timely escalation in case of non-payment or no response
- Identify issues attributing to account delinquency and discuss them with customers and escalate with client
- Communicate and follow up with sales/ operations department regarding customer accounts on a timely basis
- Update daily/ weekly trackers and perform self-quality check.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For functional consultant, transaction processing associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 26,150 and for content writer post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,500 per month approximately.
