Responsibilities of Community Manager -
- Owning the growth and development of our community programs and online groups in India
- Fostering a vibrant and positive community atmosphere in the groups you oversee
- Being active daily in your groups responding promptly to community inquires, comments and concerns
- Growing, nurturing and inspiring a countrywide network of brand advocates
- Partnering with local schools and education organizations to share canva's powerful suite of tools for educators
- Hosting webinars and in-person workshops for teachers, education professionals and creatives
- Participating and driving the community participation on local conferences and events
- Translating global assets into local language
- Regularly collaborating with local-cross functional team to ensure we are on track with market goals
- Creating periodic reports and keep track of KPIs to assess impact of community initiatives and opportunities for growth.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For community manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 - 33,300 per month approximately.
