Responsibilities of HR Associate (Talent Acquisition) -
- Ensure that efficient on-boarding of new recruits are done within the timelines, both number and quality wise by ensuring completion of all the necessary pre-on-boarding steps and formalities

- Meeting process timelines, maintaining mandate on differentiation and efficient grievance handling
- Driving the performance management process within the timelines

- Ensuring manpower deployment as per manpower plan.
- Create learning content for the bank, including PowerPoint presentations using instructional design principles and methodologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders and business teams to understand their learning content needs
- Regularly review and revise learning content to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Apply relevant design techniques to develop high quality learning materials that align with Bank's guidelines
- Work closely with subject matter experts to gather information and validate the accuracy of the content
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Prepare work schedules and timelines
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in instructional design, e-learning technologies.
