Responsibilities of Customer Service (Chat and Voice Process) -
- Respond to emails and chats
- Explain company's features, products and services
- Make billing adjustments in accordance with company policies
- Assist customers with service or feature modifications on account
- Respond to any disruption of service issues
- Open trouble ticket depending on the nature of the service issue
- Analyze, isolate and diagnose technical trouble
- Providing existing trouble ticket status to customers
- Escalate customer complaints in accordance with company policies
- Apply card payments, fund transfer and check payments to customer accounts
- Respond to any customer general inquiries
- Redirect calls not related to the services.
- Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP financials
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives
- Design, customize, configure and testing
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support project
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service (chat & voice) process posts, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 and for functional consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
