Responsibilities for Associate Manager -
- Managing and leading a team of agents to meet project specific SLA's
- Queue management and handling day to day operations for staff supporting technical support
- Identify development areas and coaching agents
- Quality improvements and CSAT analysis
- Manage day to day operations by adequate resources to handle call volume
- Handle training and create learning opportunity
- Conduct performance appraisals of team members
- Review standard operating procedures and ensure that the operational team adheres to the procedures
- Ensure the service desk internal process improvements with the process and quality team to define and implement the same
- Keep a track of pending tickets and ensure timely escalation
- Scheduling and managing shifts for agents as per business requirements.
