Responsibilities of Customer Relationship Officer -
- Process transactions, such as deposits, payment, resolving complaints, account discrepancies and answering questions
- Informing customers about bank products and services
- Tracking, recording, reporting and storing information related to transactions, bank supplies and customers, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
- Packaging cash and rolling coins to be stored in drawers or the bank vault
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Acquire corporate accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and their employees
- Responsible for managing the corporate salary account portfolio, providing exceptional service to clients and driving business growth
- Understanding client needs, offering suitable financial solutions and ensuring client satisfaction
- Work closely with various internal departments and teams to coordinate account activities and deliver a seamless banking experience.
