Responsibilities -
- Coordinate with Operations and HR leadership to design short and long-term learning strategies
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify and design learning interventions
- Coordinate for end-to-end development for training materials
- Deliver learning sessions, be it in person or virtual
- Coordinate with trainer pool to ensure smooth and effective execution
- Monitor capabilities of current trainer pool and identify & develop future trainers
- Undertake proactive initiatives
- Conduct data analysis and evaluate effectiveness of learning initiatives
- Establish and commence governance committees for ownership, execution and problem solving
- Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases
- Coordinate with various HR partners PAN India to drive execution on ground
- Conduct risk analysis and support in designing new initiatives and frameworks to mitigate risks
- Schedule training sessions, periodic connects, leadership updates etc.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Lead HR Partner post, the payable salary will be Rs 47,500 per month approximately.
