Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For welfare officer post, the payable salary will be Rs 29,740 - 1,03,000, for supervisor and junior Hindi translator posts, the payable salary will be Rs 27,600 - 95,910 and for secretarial assistant post, the payable salary will be Rs 23,910 - 85,570 per month. - Secretarial Assistant - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 55% of marks}
- Welfare Officer - {a graduate degree in any discipline and a degree or diploma in social science}
- Supervisor (Electrical) - {B.E/B.Tech/ diploma in electrical engineering}
- Supervisor (Production) - {B.E/B.Tech/ diploma in technology/ chemical technology/ chemical/ pulp and paper technology engineering}
- Lab Supervisor - {a diploma or degree in mechanical/ electrical/ electronics/ chemical engineering}
- Junior Hindi Translator - {a postgraduate degree in English or Hindi with Hindi or English as a main subject at graduation degree level and minimum one year of experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice versa}.
Selection Method - For recruitment in the Security Paper Mill, the candidate will be selected on the basis of their performance in computer-based online exam and personal interview. Candidates must be prepared for the test.
