Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Customer Success Executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300, for payment operations executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,500 and for content writer intern, the payable salary will be Rs 22,500 per month approximately. Responsibilities of Customer Success Executive -
- Provide technical support and ad-hoc training to customers who use the company's product, replying to inbound queries
- Ensure customers remain satisfied with the product by educating them about functional capabilities and possible upgrades
- Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with the product manager
- Maintain excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention preferred.
- Write meaningful content about finance, mutual funds, stocks and personal finance-related topics keeping in mind the editorial guidelines
- Conduct research to identify online communities, trending topics and new content ideas to add to the Groww content repository.
- Execute and reconcile stock trades in collaboration with the trading team
- Ensure timely and accurate settlements of trades
- Coordinate with clearinghouses and brokers to facilitate smooth settlement processes
- Generate and review trade related invoices and bills
- Ensure accurate billing of commissions, fees and other trade related expenses
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile billing discrepancies.
