- Business development/ networking with affiliates and financial service providers in India
- Work with marketing, pricing and sales to create thoughtful media plans and proposals
- Responsible for order creation and management
- Process insertion orders and ensure they are compliant
- Work with internal teams on billing reconciliation.
- Monitor and manage incoming tickets, inquiries and issues related to the website's backend functionality
- Investigate reported issues to identify root causes and determine appropriate solutions
- Prioritize and categorize tickets based on severity
- Provide clear and accurate explanations of technical concepts to non-technical users
- Track and document all interactions and resolutions in the support ticketing system
- Respond to email requests from users and customers related to backend functionality
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, proposing effective solutions
- Collaborate with support and QA teams to maintain consistent and accurate information sharing
- Contribute ideas to enhance the efficiency of issue management and support processes
- Participate in discussions to improve the website's users experience based on user feedback and reported issues.
- Analyze relevant websites and determine content gaps across each vertical
- Research on various keywords and suggest articles to the Forbes Editorial team
- Determine business opportunities across different verticals
- Preparing detailed strategy reports that would be helpful to Editorial team in taking decisions
- Optimize existing editorial content
- Use new and existing tools to determine ways in which we can optimize existing editorial content and rank higher on search engine results
- Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and upload editorial content into CMS via WordPress.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer success manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,000, for product backend support post, the payable salary will be Rs 52,500 and for SEO trainer post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,600 per month approximately.
