Responsibilities -
- Collecting complete documents for processing invite/ work permits
- Respond with complete solution to queries on Visas within SLA
- Real time update of visa trackers with each step and weekly update on work permit status to applicants
- Approving the vendor invoices and validating the documents against the invoice image
- Working on report
- Work with travel/ visa agents to ensure timely submission and collection of applications and passport
- Continuously improve systems knowledge
- Perform any projects/ activities assigned by the Team lead/ Manager
- Required to move into other teams such as operations when there is requirement
- Able to draft mails using proper business communication language.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For corporate mobility new associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 25,000 - 43,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
