Responsibilities for Customer Care Executives -
- Responsible for providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
- Interacting with internal and external clients
- Work on daily inventory towards cases related to merchant services as well as management of mailbox to ensure all requests are actioned in a timely manner
- Creation of case on the relevant tools, maintenance of trackers and files for the team
- Keep a close eye on gaps and recommend solutions to plug them
- Manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently while working under stringent timelines

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer care executive post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,200 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
