Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For sales trainer post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 and for customer service representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 40,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

  • Take responsibility's of trainee's performance during training and nesting period
  • Monitor calls/ emails and transactions as per the defined targets
  • Conduct refresher sessions and provide updates
  • Strong in documentation and email etiquette
  • Calibrations of audits with internal teams
  • Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas
  • Perform root cause analysis on identified defects
  • Maintain connects with stakeholders for updates, needs identification and feedback.
