- Doing analytics and partner with markets in order to prioritize in what domain we need to build models and or patterns
- Start and guide model and or pattern creation in close partnership with big data analysts
- Validate those models before they are released to the market
- Execute the monitoring activities produced by the remote monitoring work spot
- Drive efficient usage of the monitoring capacity and capability
- Build diagnostic content, patterns, models, define service actions for reactive call handling process.
- Use a data driven approach to arrive at insights and identify area of focus
- Must be able to set and adjust priorities independently
- Must be able to adapt to various work styles and liaise with all level of employees
- Updating employee databases, gathering payroll data, screening resumes, scheduling interviews etc.
