- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual key performance indicator.
- Clarify customer requirements
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns
- Greet customers in courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating accounts as required

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For Operations Representative post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,400 - 37,500 and for security operations center catalyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,800 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
