- Development of inspection and test plans, quality control procedures
- Raising observations for the implementation of quality standards

- Call Jio customers and explain them about Jio's recharges
- Assist the customers in completing Jio recharge
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
- Ensure a delightful customer experience
- Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
- Learn about Jio's plans, products and services to add value to the offering.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For quality manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 46,800 and for customer associates post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,700 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
