Job Role of Customer Service Associate - Customer Service Associate role is to handle live contacts of customers and provide appropriate solution to their queries.

Responsibilities for Customer Service Associate
  • Handle phone calls with customer queries and provide resolution to end users
  • Escalates priority issues per client specifications to the immediate lead as applicable
  • Provide inputs on process changes and best practices
  • Stay updated with new updates, process changes and updates
  • Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality
  • Provide exemplary customer satisfaction
  • Meet quality standards on all handled contacts
  • Complete 9 hours of staffed time on all rostered days
  • Handle contacts while maintaining KPI targets as per agreed limits.

  • Handling customer queries o WebChat, E-mails and social media
  • Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the team leader and operations team
  • Actively participate in team  meetings.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay -  For customer service associate posts, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 33,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

  • Open to work in rotational and night shifts
  • Should be able to speak basic Hindi and English
  • Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
