Responsibilities for Security Analyst -
- Aspire to learn about new threats in cyber security
- Work in rostered on-call support model
- Be the key stakeholders for eyes on glass monitoring
- Handle all security alerts
- Review the alerts and respond accordingly.
Responsibilities for International Chat Support -
- Handling customer queries o WebChat, E-mails and social media
- Provide customer and technical support
- Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the team leader and operations team
- Actively participate in team meetings.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For international chat support post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 - 37,500 and for security analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 33,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Tech Mahindra.
- International Chat Support - {12th pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}.
- Security Analyst - {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum one year of experience in cyber security}.
Knowledge and Skills Required -
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi
- Should be able to read, comprehend and write English
- Typing skills of 25 words per minute and 85% accuracy
- Passionate towards serving the customer and displays high levels of customer obsession
- Open to work in rotational and night shifts
- Should be able to speak basic Hindi and English
- Handle all queries in a polite, professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the team.
