Responsibilities for Senior Software Engineer -
- Write and test product or system development code
- Participate in lead designs review with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback to ensure best practices
- Lead the strategy and execution for smart home services including migration to Google's infrastructure
- Lead a team of engineers and tech leads to transform the technical vision to reality
- Triage product or system issues and debug/ track/ resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network or service operations and quality.
- Identify opportunities for innovation that benefit Google Cloud platform customers and partners
- Work closely with engineering and product management teams across the globe to identify feature gaps and bugs
- Analyze product bugs and feature requests raised by customers and work with internal teams to implement effective solutions
- Act as the interface between external teams, partner test labs, internal test and development teams
- Apply the detailed technical knowledge of wireless standards to understand, prioritize and drive resolution regarding issues found during certification testing
- Coordinate with text partners, ensures all issues are tracked and report issues back to development teams.
- Lead or collaborate with UX team leadership in defining team priorities, oversee key project decision-making, including: requirements gathering, scheduling and coordination of teams and approval processes
- Manage UX design and review process with multi-disciplinary UX teams and establish the right processes with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality, user-centered design solutions from implementation to release
- Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management, driving required changes to make sure the UX team is enabled to create excellent user experiences and make the most impact at scale
- Drive kick-off and planning process for UX, in partnership with Technical Program Managers to ensure UX is plugged in and proactively able to contribute to planning
- Build and own plans for complex UX programs and execute them in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For senior software engineer post, the payable salary will be Rs 55,300, for technical solutions consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 49,160 per month and for payments program manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,600 approximately. The salary mentioned here is expected, it may vary. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
- Senior Software Engineer - {a graduate degree in engineering with minimum five years of experience in software development in ore or more programming languages and with data structures/ algorithms}
- Technical Solutions Consultant - {a graduate degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent}
- UX Program Manager (Payments) - {a graduate degree in any discipline with experience in program management with UX related projects in UX design, user research, content strategy or tools and methodologies}.
