- Customer service through calls, chats and emails
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels
- Build client and domain knowledge to be able to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to client service level agreements like customer satisfaction, service level, handle time and customer effort
- Adhere to customer service attendance and accountability policies
- Execute query resolution and ensure proper documentation and follow up
- Identify, share and operate operational improvements
- Maintain internal and client level delivery quality on calls, chats and email conversations.
- Lead design and architecture of opentext project implementation, working with business IT and opentext professional service team
- Mentor for technical team for opentext project implementation
- Designing and leading implementation projects or OpenText mandatory
- Review and ensure quality of project deliverables
- Demo project/ product release to key stakeholders
- Provide assistance and support
- Provide technical and operational documentations

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service representative and opentext content server posts, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 per month approximately.
