Responsibilities for Store Manager -
Responsibilities for Store Manager -
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning partners
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with customers and other partners who are in position to understand service requirements
- Exhibits a willingness and desire to share coffee knowledge and stories with others
- Solicits feedback from customers
- Interviewing and training partners, panning, assigning and directing work
- Regular interaction with the team
- Encourage team to take independent decisions
- Review performance to achieve organizational goals
- Coaching, counseling and disciplining
- Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank
- Conduct regular store meetings
- Accountable to increase and improve store performance for growth of the organization.
- Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles
- Providing legendary customer service to all customers
- Creating the Starbucks experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For store manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 31,500 - 45,000 and for apprentice post, the payable salary will be Rs 14,000 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
Age Limit - For this recruitment, candidate age must be at least 18 years. There is no upper age limit mentioned for this recruitment.
