Responsibilities -
- Answer incoming phone calls in an efficient and professional manner
- Act as a customer source regarding products, company structure and company operation in order to effectively direct incoming queries to the appropriate individuals
- Understand customer issues, identifies the urgency, scopes issues and prepares it for escalation
- Assist approximately 60 customers daily in a ticketing system to create and update tickets with relation to the call
- Verify callers by using approved rackspace methods.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For customer service specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 35,400 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
