- Communicating offers or rejections to candidates
- Provide superior customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries
- Achieves performance measures and adheres to established customer service standards
- Escalates non-routine matters to appropriate individuals
- Ensures confidentially and security of applicant data
- Process mail, order supplies and other duties as needed by the department.
