Responsibilities for Writer Post -
- Sources, reports and produces mainly enterprise stories on gender inequality
- Collaborates with designers, developer, video editors etc
- Monitors and stays across current conversations around gender inequality across India and rest of the region
- Takes complicated, dense subjects and themes and reports them in a way that draws in a loyal and returning audience
- Represents the series in India and southeast Asia when needed.
- Work with business users to gather process, functional and data requirements
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of business processes within assigned areas
- Perform database queries and analyze large data sets in support of requirements development
- Develop and validate requirements for data conversion and migration
- Assist product managers in prioritizing issues/ enhancements
- Engage in peer reviews to ensure completeness and sufficient detail of business and system requirements
- Collaborate with team members globally to analyze, design and support a solution
- Provide feedback for process improvements to help improve self-effectiveness and team efficiency.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For writer post, the payable salary will be Rs 27,700 and for business analyst post, the payable salary will be Rs 38,900 per month approximately.
Age - For this recruitment, candidate age must be 18 years plus.
- Writer - {12th pass}
- Business Analyst - {a graduate degree in any discipline or a degree in Information Technology}.
Knowledge and Skills Required -
- Excellent at pitching and developing ideas
- Deep contact book of sources related to covering gender inequality in Southeast Asia
- Deep understanding of contemporary digital audiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of journalistic standards and media law
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to develop and execute SQL queries to produce ad hoc reports.
