- Utilize Emarsys features to create customer segments based on behavior, preferences and demographics
- Implement personalized communication strategies to enhance customer experience
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior and opportunities for improvement
- Generate regular reports on CRM performance
- Implement automation workflows using Emarsys to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead the email marketing efforts, including planning, designing, executing and analyzing email campaigns to optimize open rates, click through rates and conversions.
