Responsibilities of Technical Program Manager

- Deliver long term product vision for the engineering teams
- Responsible for providing scalable platform solutions to each teams
- Exposure to leading product development within a high growth environment
- Collaborate with a highly talented team of tech leaders
- Facilitate roadmap meetings
- Ensures the business commit happens with proper coordination across teams and scope is well understood
- Owns the overall execution plan that is derived from individual team plans

- Responsible for all cross team communications
- Guide the team on best practices and process.
- Generating detailed analyses to enable decision making by leaders for cross platform growth

- Coordination with stakeholders across diverse teams like business intelligence, category, brand sourcing etc
- Daily performance reporting and analysis
- Data extraction for daily reporting and Ad hoc analysis.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For business analyst and technical program manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 41,600 per month approximately.
