Responsibilities for BPO/ Call Centre Trainer -
Responsibilities for BPO/ Call Centre Trainer -
- Responsible for training new and existing call centre employees on the company's products, services and procedures
- Develop and deliver training materials, such as manuals, presentations and videos
- Conduct role playing exercises to help employees practice their skills
- Provide feedback to employees on their performance
- Observe employees calls to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
- Able to solve all the practices, assignments and capstone project exercises
- Must coordinate with instructor for students homework evaluations and assist instructors
- In reviewing the assignment submissions and providing grades and feedback
- Respond to student queries within 48 hours of student raising query on zoom chat
- Join live classes and assess the students and gain
- Available for schedule meetings with internal team and manager during the weekdays as required.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay - For BPO/ call centre trainer, teaching assistant posts, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
